Mr. Raúl Maduro (CEO) – Founder of LEXGEN AI

  • Experienced product developer with over a decade of expertise in product management, Raúl has been a pioneer in creating innovative software solutions in the tax and legal domains, as well as other compliance-driven business areas.

  • He holds a Master of Laws (specializing in tax law) from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
  • Raúl has previously worked at KPMG Meijburg, SDU Publishers, various information security scale-ups, and, prior to founding LEXGEN, served as Head of Tax Product Development at Wolters Kluwer in the Netherlands.
  • His expertise primarily lies in product development within the legal tech industry, with a strong focus on innovating tax and legal databases through the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced search and semantic web technologies, personalized recommendation systems, knowledge management, secure software development, and applied cryptography in ISO27001-certified environments.
  • The common thread throughout his work: delivering maximum value to the client as efficiently as possible.

  • Klaas Wagenaar is an entrepreneur, AI technology strategist, and Managing Partner at Canton Capital. With over 30 years of experience in the Tech & Digital sector, he possesses deep expertise in digital solutions, consultancy, ERP, and infrastructure services.

  • In 2013, he founded BOLD and BOLD Digital, which were successfully acquired by FTI Consulting in 2022.

  • Klaas’s expertise includes digital transformation, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and complex restructurings.

  • He leverages advanced technologies such as Low Code/No Code and Generative AI to bridge the gap between business and technology.

  • Klaas leads strategic repositioning and integration programs, with a focus on maximizing value creation and optimizing operational efficiency.
